Charlie was very thorough and courteous and are presently waiting on the follow up service to address a preventive service interruption in the future. Charlie McCarty - Service Technician - immediately diagnosed the issue and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. Charlie was my tech!! He advised me he was enroute and arrived with 15 minutes. I explained the problem and he went straight to work. Within a few minutes he had it working again, but checked other stuff to make sure it wouldn't happen again!!!

The people who came and worked on my AC were so kind and respectful. I’ve had plenty of maintenance people come in and make a huge mess, and I would ask politely if they would clean it up and they would always say they weren’t getting paid to do that and leave a mess for me to clean. The people who came this weekend to fix my air conditioning cleaned up everything so nicely AND now I have working AC. I wish I knew their names because all of those guys deserve a raise.
