Great experience. Hired RJW to replace my roof which is not very large but has some complicated venting with multiple valleys. Showed up on time and completed the job in a day. Spoke to the project manager that night and had a question on one of the valley vents. He showed up the next morning at 8am to look at my concerns and everything turned out great.

I had extensive work done on the exterior of my home, and was very pleased with how detailed, and customer oriented this company is. The work crew complemented each other with their teamwork and thoroughness with each function of the job. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future. This was the second roofing job I've had done by RJW. Both were done perfectly, and at a very fair price. Very easy folks to work with. The roofing crew was efficient, professional and responsive to my wishes on the job. When they left it was like they had never been there - - no nails, no shingle scraps, nothing that wasn't there when they arrived.

My wife and I got 3 estimates for a new roof on our house. We chose RJW Exteriors because the salesman knew his job and explained ( in detail) what his crew was going to do from start to finish. They kept us posted on what date they were going to start, weather permitting. Their crew came on the scheduled date, covered everything up and started the job. They were very professional and did an excellent job. When they were finished they did an excellent job cleaning up also. We were very pleased with their workmanship. The company's supervisor came over after the job was complete to make sure we were pleased with their work and the cleanup. He even went around the house to make sure there was no debris left behind. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Ed and his crew at RJW Exteriors. I could not be happier with my replacement windows from the quote to the install process all questions were answered quickly and throughly! The install team was quick and efficient and it looked like they were never there when they were finished!

I had a new front door installed and a new window installed above the door (there was no previous window there). The whole process went smooth from start to finish! The main carpenter/installer on my job Manny is an expert at his job! Big thank you to him for doing an awesome job! I will be honest The price was a little high and out of my price range but I was so impressed with Victor’s first Visit with me I knew RJW was the way to go! You get what you pay for! And I got high quality product installed by experts who specializes in what they do! Great experience from start to finish with RJW. I had a nice big job for these guys which included a roof on my main house as well as a large detached garage. When I posted my inquiry on their website they called me back within a day. Within 3 days I guy was here to “sell” me a roof. They do a great job of covering all the details, presenting the options, and breaking down all the costs for their estimate. You are left with a pile of materials and brochures to really make sure you are making an Informed decision. Roof work is not cheap and it’s not much of a rewarding purchase, but they make it feel like it is.

Within another 2-3 days we had an date set to do the work. Their estimate was a day and a half to do the job and they delivered on that promise.

I am a very happy returning customer to RJW Exteriors. In a day and age when as a consumer you cannot always trust a company you hire to do the work they say they will do and with quality materials, RJW IS THE company to be trusted! They do the job right and utilize great materials to make the job last.
The entire process from estimate to scheduling the job to the work and follow through throughout the course of the job is the business model others companies should use but don’t. This is why RJW has been in business since 1994. I truly admire how this company operates and the work they do. They don’t sub out work, except for gutters, so when you hire RJW you get RJW workers not god knows who. I highly recommend RJW, in my opinion, you won’t be disappointed.

RJW is an amazing company. They are a company that takes great pride in doing the job right and from the start. Their team of professionals are just that professionals, explaining the work they are hired to do in detail and addressing any questions asked. The fact they have been in business since 1994 speaks for itself. I hired the company in 1999 and again in 2019. After recently being take by another company I honestly would never hire anyone other than RJW for roofing, siding or windows. I trust RJW and there are not many companies in this day and age I can say that about. RJW gets 5 stars from me.

Excellent service, good communication, very hard working crew and great product.
We had our roof replaced along with the fascia and soffits. It was a lot of work but it was done effectively.
Ed always notified me quickly of any work that needed to be to get my review and approval.
The pricing is competitive and the product is excellent. Our decision to go with RJW was based on both the product and the price.

Replaced several windows for us - Very nicely done and love the 25/50/25 window in lieu of 1/3, 1/3, 1/3 original they suggested - really makes the room!

The guys at RJW are fantastic. They are experts in the roofing industry and did a top notch job replacing my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof. They came up with a solution to address my roof venting that none of the other companies thought of. They have the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I can’t say enough good things about the company, their employees, and their products. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

I have used RJW three times now. They recently installed a new roof, siding on the two dormers and four replacement windows. I’m extremely happy how everything came out and will be using them again for future projects.

First to start the presentation I received from Victor the salesman was above and beyond which sold me right away second the men that they sent it rip off the roof and put the new one on and install the gutters were fantastic they did everything in two days which I was totally shocked. They cleaned up any debris that fell off the roof that wasn't contained Ed the project manager was fantastic also checking in each day came back when the job was done went around the yard with a magnet to pick up any loose sales at may have fallen on the yard all I know all I would recommend rjw Roofing to anyone they were fantastic also the team of guys I sent to put the gutters and leaders on were also remarkably good did a great job nothing but praise for them to

Got a number of quotes from various companies to do my roof , but I decided to go with RJW. Even though they weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive either. They have a payment plan with two options. The Salesman, Victor, was wonderful. He worked with us and took extra time to bring over shingles to match with my garage roof area that was not getting done. Ed, the Foreman, communicated with me daily (which to me is extremely professional). I was kept abreast every step of the way. The crew knew exactly what they were doing. They had a system and the workmanship was exemplary. I am very happy with my roof and I am very happy I went with RJW.

The team at RJW did a great job. The sales pitch was low pressure and in line with our needs. The team came in and replaced our entire roof (2200 sq ft home) in a day, and were attentive to the property. Clean up was fast and thorough. Roof looks great. Would definitely recommend.
