This company is amazingly quick and provides great services without sacraficing the quality of the the work, . A representive visited me on a Wednesday, we agreed on a plan within 1-2 hours to replace the roof and the gutters. The agrrement was then signed and financing was set-up that same night. RJW crew showed up early and finished the same day. They cleaned up all debris and made sure to cover our pond on the side of our house. There were a few minor things to be touched up and they came back the next day to make adjustments. The owner, Rob, was attentive to communications/emails and his follow up was very thorough. They did an outstanding job when replacing the roof, gutters, fascia and soffits on my house. This includes using the best products and installed perfectly all at a very low price. Let's just say I received 5 quotes and there's was one of the lowest with a few others even being DOUBLE what their quote was.

Their clean-up was immaculate too and I couldn't even find one thing to fault them on. They were on time and used separate crews for their specialty. First day a crew came in & did the roof, the next day a different crew came in and did the soffits and fascia, and on the 3rd and final day a different crew came in and did all the seamless gutters, leaf guards and leaders.

If all you want is the cheapest possible contractor to just slap some shingles on and call it a new roof, it won't be RJW. But if you value and appreciate premium quality materials and are willing to spend a bit extra for a better product and service and the confidence in knowing that the roof will last a very long time, you'll definitely like RJW. The entire process was great, from the estimate to after completion of the project. Every step of the way they want to make sure you know what's going on and that you're satisfied. They were even the only ones to explain why I didn't actually need a roof fan where other contractors just quoted to replace it because it was making noise. The salesman Chris was so thorough he spent over 3 hours in the heat outside of my house with me going over everything RJW would do for me if I chose them. When the guys arrived to my house they handled disgruntled neighbors extremely well ( small property dumpster would not fit) project manager George and Ed were amazing, roof was completed in one day just like they said. Looks great, was a little surprised to find out gutters were subcontracted and not done at the same time of installation of roof but I’m sure it’s something Chris said that I missed. Rjw did a great job on our roof replacement. Finished in one day with no mess. My one complaint was with their finance company "Mosiac". Do not use this company! We had a 1 year payoff with 0% intrest. The job was delayed for about 6-7 week's due to covid. Not rjws fault. Due to the delay, I requested the 1 year interest be extended for 6 weeks. Prior to having RJW replace our 22 year old roof installed by the builder of our home we had five other contractors come out during the pandemic. All of the potential contractors performed inspections, on-site or Zoom presentations of their proposed products and submitted an offering. Even though RJW was not the least expensive contractor, the overall superior product quality (used CertainTeed materials throughout) and timely response to our questions and concerns were the main factors that influenced us to contract with them.
