Had a great experience, start to finish, with RJW Exteriors. We had new windows installed, and the whole process was very professional with excellent communication. Windows look great too.

Every person involved was professional and polite. I feel secure in the purchase and recommended them to family.

Installation was smooth and clean. They took care of all the garbage. They cleaned everything after the installation. Full marks for the professional service.

Custom replacement windows are never cheap, but RJW's window price was within our budget and in line with what our research showed they should cost.

We also got a visit by an Renewal by Anderson rep. He went through the same education process and we realized that the parameters of Anderson and Vanguard by Sunrise are identical. Only Anderson windows cost nearly three times as much. The choice was obvious.

Hi everyone! I typically never write reviews or post on public spaces. When I see those posts I always think it’s someone in the company promoting themselves. This is not the case here! I’m doing this because 1. We felt so overwhelmed searching for the right company to help us replace old windows I’m hoping this review is useful for others 2. An excellent experience from start to finish. Every representative of RJW was proactive to make our project the best experience from the initial appointment to the final follow up. No high pressure sales tactics - only a very informative presentation of a high quality product. The job and organization of materials, dumpster, etc was on schedule. The crew installed a beautiful new roof in less than a day in addition to other services I had done in combination with the roof installation. Highly recommend RJW for your project.
