I have used Rick's family carpet care many times now (lots of foot traffic pets and kids will do that to a carpet)...and they do an awesome job wonderful to work with awesome staff my carpet looks brand new by the time they're done.... I have used other carpet services and paid way more with very disappointing results...I have to say that Rick's is number one in my book

We recently moved to a new house that had serious carpet issues. We had used Rick's Family Carpet Care on our move out and they did a terrific job, so we called them to work some magic for us. We just love the results!

I waited to write this until the carpet was completely dry, which was early this afternoon. The areas that needed extra treatment were wet the longest and I couldn't tell if they were clean because the color looks darker when wet. But now I can see that they are clean. So, it all looks very good and I will recommend you to friends. We especially appreciated that you brought help for the heavy lifting.

We had a great experience with this company. He was helpful over the phone, and when he came out in person seemed to really try and find the the most affordable option for us to fix our carpet after a paint spill. He was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Rick's family carpet tp my friends.

Rick’s Family Carpet Care did an outstanding job - carpet looks like new!

I loved Ricks carpet care services . The turn around was so fast . I called on Tuesday and received my services the next day on Wednesday . My dog ripped up the carpet in one of my bedroom door ways . The whole was pretty deep and wide . I for sure thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in the whole room . Thank god I didn’t . The repair was quick and went without a hitch . Looking at the capers now you would never know there was pet damage . The price was very fair as well . He also re did the carpet in my closer . Super clean and friendly . I recommend everyone uses Rick’s services .
