My clients had just purchased a home that they loved except one thing - the living room carpet was ripped where it met the hardwoods, in a very noticeable place in the house. I decided to get it fixed as a closing gift for them and gave Rick’s a call. I was so impressed with the work that Steven did! I called Rick’s Family Carpet after I flooded my new house with my washing machine. They responded quickly and came out to complete the estimate. They were honest about what they would be able to do and gave us the date they’d be returning to complete the work while they were here for the estimate. They showed up on that day as promised and did a FANTASTIC job. I could’ve had to replace the carpeting but Rick’s made it appear as if nothing ever happened. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Steven did great work. He repaired part of my carpet, installed padding that was removed after my room was flooded, reinstalled the carpet, stretched it and cleaned it in less than 2.5 hours. He is super friendly and personable. I will hire him again when I need my living room and dining room carpet cleaned. Job well done!!
