Yes, we loved Rick's Family Care, Inc. Steven was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and honest. I cant wait to have him come back to do our new home (in 6 mos. to a year).

Ricks family carpet care was amazing! My carpet was particularly dirty as I hadn’t been living in the house for a year. There was even oil spots on the carpet from old piano wheels. Rick got all the spots off the carpet and left everything smelling great!

Rick's family carpet care has been cleaning our carpets in various homes for the last 5 years. They do a really good job we've always been satisfied and Steve is very nice to work with. Their prices are also very fair.

Steven arrived exactly when he said and gave us a 15 minute heads up. He was very knowledgeable and assessed our carpet stretching with a solution that took care of the problem easily and perfectly. Then he efficiently steam cleaned the room and within two hours we had a new room. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Rick’s Family Carpet Care to fix a bump in our carpet. It needed to be restretched. Steve was responsive and fixed the problem right away. I couldn’t be happier with the results. In fact, my wife keeps telling me how nice the living room looks now that the bumps have disappeared. If you’re in need of professional carpet repair at a fair price, I recommend Rick’s Carpet Care.

Rick's Family Carpet was the perfect choice for cleaning our carpets before our move-in. Everything was explained on the phone prior to scheduling, appts were confirmed, we were notified when they were on the way and the job has exceeded our expectations. Price was great too. Rick's is our new carpet cleaning choice!
