All the staff are professional and so kind I feel like a vip instead of just a number. Dr. Shaw is the best. He informs on the smallest details on treatments and has a great demeanor towards me as a patient. I won’t go anywhere else with my eye care !!!

It is always a positive experience for me. It starts with the front desk, the staff of medical assistants and finally Dr Coussa which are all very kind.

Recently, I had to have a retina procedure done called vitrectomy. It’s a quite detailed procedure and I was very pleased with the service I received from the entire staff at St. Luke’s as well as the doctors and nurses with retina and vitreous consultants. The aftercare has been extremely good as well . I would highly recommend Dr. Coussa and his staff if you’ve got any retina issues to deal with. overall, five star service.

The office is always on time for my appointment. Friendly staff makes the time pass fast. The doctor is very informative of my condition.

Dr Coussa is wonderful. Communicates clearly n explains all options for treatment. Even was willing to come in on his day off for an emergency appt. Kelli his nurse is also wonderful.
