This was my first visit to the clinic and I was impressed with professionalism of all of the employees I encountered. The receptionist was very cordial. Paul, who conducted the initial check in before seeing the doctor, was informative, candid and put me at ease about the entire procedure. Dr Coussa's credentials and years of experience were very impressive, but his very personable and caring personality was most impressive. I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands.

Friendly receptionist that greets you. The technician was professional and fun. Everything was on a more timely schedule. Waiting wasn't long like in the past. Prepping and injection went rather smooth. Pleasant environment.
