I was so scared when I learned about my WetMD. Dr. Shaw and Retina&Viteous was recommended highly by my doctor. I don’t think I can explain how wonderful the professionals at your Mequon location made me feel the first time and every time I’ve gone in for my shots. Everyone has had a smile on their faces, kind words, and carefully explained every single thing they were doing. Dr. Shaw realizes how dramatic it is to have a needle inserted into your eye. His touch is gentle, and quick. He also explains everything he is doing, takes time to ask if I have any question and actually answer them. His answers are clear, easy to understand and complete. At the same time he reviews my progress, status currently and lets me know exactly where my treatments and eyes stand. He also has a great smile! I am grateful for his care and support. Dr Lincoln Shaw was very professional, courteous, compassionate, and, patience.Having a.shot in your eyeball is not very pleasant, but was necessary to save my vision and I trust Dr. Shaw with doing this once a month until my eyes are healed. I thank Dr. Shaw and his staff so very much for making this procedure endurance. Thank you for saving my vision. I will 100% refer Dr. SHAW and his staff to everyone who needs this procedure.

Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. They do a great job of keeping things moving in their clinics. The waiting areas are often busy, but it never takes long for patients to be seen.

Dr. Coussa was very nice, and did a fantastic job of explaining things without using confusing medical terminology. The surgery went very well, and I feel like I got a new eye!

Doc was on time and greeted by a very nice friendly receptionist, which unfortunately is usually not there which is too bad.

In a word fun. I like going, everyone is so friendly! They take the time to sit and chat with me and hear my stories they make me feel appreciated and welcomed we just have a great time.

Easy to work with and nice friendly people

Everyone at the clinic is very well organized and friendly. Because there were several steps to my visit, they got me through them quickly and to the doctor. And I never felt rushed or that anything they did was hurried, and questions were answered in a way I could understand.

I have had an exceptionally good experience at my visit. The staff showed care and attention, didn’t spare time to answer questions. It was most pleasant even though due to an after holidays break, there was quite a bit of waiting time to be seen.
I highly recommend this office.
