They were very professional, patient, and kind. They are very busy but the staff from the time you enter the reception area until you leave make you feel like family. They listen to your frustration when you are hurting and try to help you through. They laugh with you and somerimes cry with you but they always show true empathy. Im thankful for them and their kindness because i want to see as long as I can for moments like in the picture. God bless you all!!!

Was seen same day and surgery scheduled soon afterwards. Prep and surgery went smoothly with no problems. Follow up next day also easy. Dr. Shaw explained each step along the way. Awaiting final healing of the eye at this time.

My retinal situation was a bit of an emergency and Dr. Shaw was able to do the surgery within a day. Dr. Shaw and the anesthesiologist are so good at what they do that the surgery was painlessly over and done, with me having little memory of the event. The post surgery exam seems to indicate that the retina repair was successful. While the first few days of recovery have been difficult, particularly sleeping face-down, things are getting considerable better after about 5 days. I also had the procedure performed with silicone injected to the eye (instead of gas) which was chosen because of some pending international air travel. So far, so good..

The best place I want to for an eye examination. They were very good at calming my nerves, I very happy with them.
