They were very professional, patient, and kind. They are very busy but the staff from the time you enter the reception area until you leave make you feel like family. They listen to your frustration when you are hurting and try to help you through. They laugh with you and somerimes cry with you but they always show true empathy. Im thankful for them and their kindness because i want to see as long as I can for moments like in the picture. God bless you all!!!

On my second visit all went well. The nice ladies at the reception desk were very helpful in notifying my ride service since I forgot my phone. Without my phone the wait time seemed a little long.
