I used Rescue One Air to replace my entire A/C system in the house, both upstairs and downstairs units to include the Air Handlers in the attic. I called every single A/C company in Phoenix before I selected this company and the reason I selected this company was because of the responsiveness of Caleb. I had 3 other companies come out to the house to inspect the A/C issues, however he was the only one who Facetimed me from the attic of the house to show me exactly what the problems were. After we made the decision on what needed to be replaced, he then worked with me on the requirements of different units and the pricing. The install happened the next day. He was helpful and gave me a few simple options that helped keep things affordable for patching this unit, and also gave me a good deal for a brand new unit. Rescue One has legit been the best house maintenance service we've ever had. We started with them when we bought our house 7 years ago and never regretted it. When our old unit died, they were here the next day to replace it. When we have needed maintenance, the service package covers everything and is worth every penny.

We've had Josh come over the last two times to do semi-annual maintenance and I couldn't be happier. Not only was he on time and as polite as a Southern boy in church, he cleaned up after himself and made sure our hose was back in its place. There's never any pressure to buy anything and I trust that the repairs/add ons we've bought have been fully worth it because Josh is so honest and kind hearted, and we've actively noticed a difference in our unit. You get what you pay for and when it's THIS hot out, it's worth every penny.

Outstanding customer service from Jessica and Alex. Jessica is so organized, helpful, and cheerful in working around my family's medical appointments to get my HVAC system maintained promptly. A new Carrier 3 zone system was installed March 2022 by Rescue One Air and has worked perfectly--no hot spots in the summer and no cold spots in the winter. This is the first time in 10 years that my system has worked the way it should thanks to Alex who has the knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to make everything run flawlessly.
