I have used Rescue One on two seperate occassions in the past two years. First issue was a faulty motor, and then a dead condenser. Their technicians diagnosed the issued in under 30 minutes and fixed it promptly.

The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Service times can vary but usually they can get somebody over within a few hours.

Recently had a check up on my system before it starts getting hot again. Gabe our technician who came out was awesome. Great customer service from start to finish. He explained every step along the way as well as why he was checking all the components on his list. He showed up on time and was very respectful. At the end he answered all the questions I had and let me felling great about my units, with summer right around the corner.
I would definitely use this company, as well as Gabe, again for all my hvac needs.

The technician Joshua Dixon, was detailed, professional, and friendly. He offered great advice to extend the life of our AC unit and how to cut down on energy costs.

Wayne is a very polite intelligent and professional young man. When I total him what happen he told me he thought he knew what tbe problem was. Turned out he did. Very impressive!
