Josh was great. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our Carrier air conditioning system and with all the services we've received from Rescue One Air.

He was very knowledgeable and pointed out areas where we could improve our environment. There work was completed in a timely manner and he left the area clean. Would have him back in the future to service our equipment

Wayne is a very polite intelligent and professional young man. When I total him what happen he told me he thought he knew what tbe problem was. Turned out he did. Very impressive!
After talking with Wayne my wife and I decided to sign on with a maintenance program of our AC unites.
When I called Resue-On Air I thought it would be a week or two, but Wayne was avaliable and within hour Wayne was here. Great service, great people.

Dwayne was AWESOME !!! Our AC unit wasn't working::-(. He tested everything ~ in and out of the house ~ up the attic. Worked hard until he finally got it figured out.

Not only he is a hard working man ~ he was also nice and funny !!! We will definitely request for him again if we ever need our AC fixed or maintain. Thank you Dwayne !!!

Gabe did my biannual maintenance check up today! He was very professional and thorough with his service. He explained his concerns and findings to keep me informed. Rescue One replaced our old units and we have used them for maintenance because of price and service quality.

Alex Castaneda was the technician from Rescue One Air that came to my mother’s house and right away she told me he was so helpful and informative on what he was doing. He was very kind and helped her with whatever questions she had. I always get worried when I’m not there and technicians from anywhere come over because my mom is a senior and doesn’t understand a lot of what they’re doing since my dad passed and was the one that use to handle everything in that area. Thank you again Alex and if needed hope we will get you again in the future!

Randy helped out explaining i am able to use my unit f or heating not using he as the straps. Was very helpfull
