Matt was AMAZING! I’ve lived here not quite a year. Got an annual inspection. Matt showed me the value of buying a maintenance contract - I buy the contract, the things I needed were covered. The prices were reasonable compared to other companies I’ve used - maybe even too good! And he had a winning personality. He was fun to chat with and I felt like he was my son’s best friend taking care of me.

Company had great reviews which made me comfortable letting them even look at my AC unit. I knew I wanted a service contract before he walked in the door because of the reviews. Thanks to everyone before me who wrote a review too! We have to help each other find the diamonds. This company is a diamond!

Scott was great he came out on time checked the coins vents and system and recommended a few improvements. I appreciate his thourogh explainations.

Every time they come they try to sell you something that the prior guy never mentioned. They call a day prior to “confirm” even though you made an appointment for a reason. Then they call you again the same day to confirm again, even though you already confirmed the day before. If you miss the call they cancel you. Ridiculous, the appointment is made for a reason and you confirm the day prior. How many confirmations do you need? Got their call at 1pm and called back at 1:30 and got canceled even though my window was until 2pm. What a joke…..

Update: Problem was solved and staff understood graveyard workers can't be answering the phone to confirm so many times. Shane came and did my scheduled maintenance and did a great job.

Alex and John came for the routine spring/summer inspection of our A/C unit. Answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly and professionally. Both were quick, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Since we have health issues, trust in our service from Rescue One is paramount. We can assure anyone searching for a company for A/C, heat, etc., you can't do better than this company from the telephone representatives to the service agents, like Alex and John, for confidence in a company.

Shane arrived at my residence for my air conditioner maintenance on time. He was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable of my air conditioning system. He checked my system and provided in detailed of service needed. His technical expertise was exceptional. After completion of service he provided me with a thorough detailed of what he serviced and reviewed in detail the preventative maintenance warranty plan..I highly recommend Shane as your technician for air conditioning service.

A friend recommended Rescue One and will most definitely will do the same to my friends. They are very responsive and someone always answers the phone. In a pleasant manner. On off hours they have an answering service, which is very reassuring.
I had a new HVAC system installed in Dec., and didn’t have any issues however when I switched to A/C once the temps hit the high 90’s, the new system didn’t cool. Alex, who is a supervisor, came out today and diagnosed the issue and addressed it in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough in detailing the issue and the fix. He is a great asset and representative to this company.

Shane came out right away to inspect our system. He was quick, honest, and helpful in helping us make the right choices for our home. I honestly felt the recommendations he made came from a very personal place, like he was making choices for our home that he would make for his own. He was a professional pleasant and our air system feels clean and strong! Thanks Shane!

Shane did a great job of explaining why our system was having so many issues. He provided a photo evidence justification for everything that he saw, so it wasn’t particularly difficult for us to see why there were issues with our system. He worked with our budget to make sure that we got the best price possible, and it seems really important to him that the safety of our children was taking into account with every recommendation he made. Could not recommend this service, as long as you get Shane too!

Scott came to our home today for the second time! The first time he visited us, we loved him so we requested him again and he was amazing! He goes through, shows us exactly what was happening with our unit and helped us to understand exactly what parts we needed to replace to lower our electric bill for this summer. Last time Scott came, he let us know a part was failing, but we didn't have it repaired. This time, he showed us the clear numbers from his last visit to today's data to show it was failing even more, so it was easy to compare. So grateful he was able to clearly justify why we needed a new part. Scott makes everyone feel at home while he's teaching you. He's intelligent and kind! 10/10 recommend!

Scott came out today and did an AC check on my home system. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He even went as far as to glue up some insulation that was falling into the fan at no charge.

This company goes over the Top to make sure that you are satisfied with their work...We always use Shane as he always take the Extra step to make sure the work is Top Notch!!

On April 18th, John from Rescue One, serviced my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Would prefer to have him as my service person in the future.

Scott came over with a positive and respectful attitude. He recommended exactly what we needed and nothing more or less. He respected that I had basic knowledge of electrical and hvac systems and didn’t try to intimidate us with his professional experience. We appreciated that he was “more of a tech than a salesman”…y’all know what I mean. He was a breath of fresh air and we are glad that he represented the company today.

Shane came out to diagnose and was so nice and not pushy at all! Was able to get us in the next day and Alex came out and was absolutely amazing. There was a third gentleman but I didn’t catch his name. Everyone was so nice and informative and went above and beyond!! Tysm for keeping us cool!

Travis and Scott were great, they came out within an hour (in the evening) and had us up and running in 15. Very professional and friendly. It’s because of service like this that I recommend Rescue One Air for AC maintenance.
