Relatively happy with the quote RES provided in comparison to three other competitors for a 2 ton Carrier heat pump system. My existing 13 year old heat pump was struggling and I didn’t want to take my chances waiting for it to die as the weather began to get chillier. The initial intake team was extremely responsive and provided a quote within 30-45 minutes answering any questions before booking the job. RES came the following day and Robert N (primary installer) was extremely cordial and professional letting me know him and his team could start several hours earlier than planned if I was available. He answered any questions I had, began working, and the outdoor heat pump/indoor furnace were both installed in about 4ish hours. Loved the service by Residential Express --when they found out we were without hot water, they moved other appointments around to get us hot water within 24 hours. William A. and his team were great installers, and walked me through how to flush our new hot water heater. The price was reasonable and on par with others.

They replaced a broken water heater. It was a fantastic experience from the time I reached out to them until they cleaned up after installation. They were very professional, reasonably priced, and did a great job with the project.
