Fantastic experience. Maged came out within an hour of my first call, but did not have expertise in my particular unit. He was able to get another technician out to definitively diagnose the issue. William diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and came out to install the next day.

Maged, William, and Mario did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased. They were on time, their dispatch worked very well, and they were very thorough in testing the fix.

While my issue was a bit more expensive to fix then Google suggested, after seeing all the work that went in and how thorough they were, I felt like I got my moneys worth. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

Woke up to my water heater leaking into the garage and basement and contacted Residential Express Heating & Air at 7:58 AM through Yelp. Christie responded within minutes, and after seeing their 5-star reviews, I scheduled service with a 12–3 PM window. I received a confirmation text from Mary, and when I asked if the tech could come sooner and bring a fan, they went above and beyond.
David called before 10 AM saying he was on his way and arrived with two fans. He quickly found the leak, provided a very reasonable quote, and was able to replace my 2008 water heater the same day. He returned with another technician, completed the job by 2:30 PM, added a catch pan, rerouted the drainage to prevent future water damage, and walked us through everything. The work was clean and thorough, and they even left the fans for a couple of days to help dry things out.

So far I can say only good words about the Company, as well as the technician, who repaired our system. A summary: overnight our furnace stopped working, so I called this Company and scheduled a visit for 1400-1700 time window. The technician - Robert called me before noon and informed that he could come sooner, which made me happy. During his visit he displayed a good knowledge of the system, quick decision-making, good quality of work (as far as I can tell), and attentions to details (the system was tested several times). Overall, a very pleasant experience. Would recommend this Company to a friend. I also scheduled another job with them.

Professional and prompt service at a reasonable price

The best home service I have ever received. I had an estimator visit on a Friday to assess two furnaces I wanted to replace. After the stroke of midnight on Saturday morning, I had an estimate in my inbox. The price was nearly $3000 less than another estimate I had gotten. Email communication was swift and plentiful up until the time I asked on Monday how soon they could get the installation done. They arrived on Tuesday morning and completed the job by Tuesday afternoon. Incredible experience from start to finish!

I called for service and it was another positive experience. I trust them wholeheartedly.
