I woke up this morning to a freezing cold condo and realized my heat had stopped working overnight. I have my 4 year old with me and with the snow storm coming I knew being without heat was not an option. The owner of the business replied promptly to my request for a quote and was flexible in helping me get a technician out today to look at it. My window was 10am-1pm and I was pleasantly surprised when the technician arrived shortly after 10. It ended up being an easy fix thankfully and the technician was very professional. I will definitely be calling this company again if the need arises.

Update 2/7/22: I called them to replace my HVAC after constant breakdowns. My unit was 26 years old so definitely needed to be replaced. Once again the technicians were on time and professional and very transparent and informative about what they were doing. I highly recommend RES!

Before hiring RES to replace my two systems (one with furnace and AC, and the other with a heat pump), I got quotes from multiple vendors. With a superior 3-year labor warranty (one-year maintenance service included) on top of the manufacturer's standard product warranty, it was an easy decision to choose RES. We are new homeowners and this is our first full winter in our home. The person that came to perform the service (Maged F) was super helpful in explaining the ins and outs of our system, issues to be aware of through the season, and explained how to use certain parts that I didnt even know were there!
