Great as usual!!

From beginning to end, it was a good experience. Initially called because AC was not working. The tech gave an honest overview of the repair and replacement options and approximate cost which lead us to decide to get a firm quote to replace. Replacement quote was not only competitive on price (we got four quotes) but the most competent recommendation with respect to installation approach. Sales process felt honest and never pushy. Communication was great throughout the process. Installation crew was on time and very professional and courteous. Look forward to using RES for future HVAC needs.

Robert and Daniel were outstanding!!!!! They called and advised they were on their way and when I explained that I didn't live on site and was on my way, they said no worries. When I arrived they not only were they there, they had unloaded all the equipment and tools and were ready to get to work. Very professional but great sense of humors as well. I was impressed with how fast they were able to install everything(I also had a HWH installed). Will and Santo arrived a couple hours after HVAC techs and started immediately on the HWH. There was so much corrosion that the tank wouldn't drain properly, those guys had to move that tank full to drain it. I was really happy with how well they worked together to get everything installed and up and running! The company was responsive, courteous, professional, and repaired what needed to be repaired and did it for the estimated costs which were reasonable. The service technician Magad took the time to discuss the repairs and then repaired what I authorized.

I schedule RES to maintenance my HVAC system regularly. They are easy to schedule with, always on time and provide quality work along with honest information. We recently had a duct and vent cleanup.
