He arrived early, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it without trying to convince me I needed a completely new AC unit.....which is what the company I'd used for the last 10+ years tried to do every time they came out for the six-month check up. That went on for eight years, despite the fact that the unit is still cooling and heating my home very nicely. Thanks Residential Express Services! Well worth the time and more than fair price!

Start to finish, my experience with RES Express Services was outstanding. The crew just completed the install at my home. I wanted to acknowledge their outstanding work for installing 3 AC units in a three story house in record time. They were professional, efficient; technically expert; and were respectful moving about the house.
This is the second property I have used RES with. I would reccommed them highly.

Guys did a great job fixing not one but two A/C’s. Nice guys who know what they are doing. Thumbs up experience.

They installed a Unico high velocity system two years ago. Install went system has run great for two years. Called them back for a blown transformer which prevented the ac compressor from working. William the AC tech was very good at working through the issue which involved running a new electric wire to resolve a short in the existing wiring. Good guys who know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Brice and TJ did a good job for my dryer vent cleaning. They are professional and thorough.
My condo is on the 3rd floor which requires high ladder, and they are one of the few that can do it. They arrived on time with the EST they gave me. They were wearing shoe covers inside my home and took them out when they needed to step outside or even just the balcony, which I appreciate a lot!!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone for dryer vent cleaning. I will contact them again in the future.

I needed to get my dryer vent cleaned and they responded quickly with a good price and the gentlemen who came to do the work were very professional and thorough. They did a great job.

I have found our HVAC company here in the Greater Springfield area! I called at 4:45pm on Monday, they were here promptly at just after 8am. Maged was professional, knowledgeable and frankly fun! He taught me about my system and how it works and what was wrong. It was super simple and frankly, user error. He still continued to complete a diagnostic to make sure there were no unforeseen issues. Total was $89 and I am very pleased! Especially with the fast response after 2 other vendors were telling me upwards of 24-36 hours of waiting.

We have been very happy and impressed so far with RES, and especially with our technician, Maged. He is consistently communicative, on time, professional, polite, and responsive to any questions we have. We like the fact that there is continuity and RES consistently sends the same technician each time.

William came on time, quickly diagnosed my HVAC problem, laid out my options, and fixed it in short order. Friendly and competent service. This is my second great experience with RES.

Bryce and TJ were fantastic - as new homeowners, we didn’t know how truly disgusting our vents were. Our AC and dryer already work so much better after they got years and years of junk out of our vents, and fixed a potentially dangerous dryer situation we didn’t know existed. They went above and beyond to be respectful of everything in the house, worked around our messes, made friends with our dog, and explained everything in a very straight forward and practical manner. Honestly I was a bit skeptical of all theses glowing reviews, but Brice and TJ lived up to the hype. They were both professional, took care when going in and out of the house. They explained the process and made me confident that they were doing a good job. Brice was super patient with all the questions I had. They cleaned up after themselves and provided before and after pics for me to show the landlord. Really appreciate them and highly recommend.

I had to get a new AC Unit. I was very impressed with the professionalism and skill of this company. The technicians were so courteous, friendly, respectful, well-groomed, well spoken, and knowledgeable. I selected the right company this time. They were reasonably priced and did not try to rip me off. That was such a unique breath of fresh air in today’s rip-off and incompetent lack of real service society. This company will go far.
