Great job - excellent service

We had our HVAC maintenance done by Maged last month. He was very informative and explained what he was doing. There was an issue due to the way the builders installed the HVAC and water heater gas pipe but Maged was able to come out later that week to complete the job. He was very professional and worked efficiently at each visit. Thank you Maged for your awesome service!

We called RES for a second opinion after a first service provider recommended a full replacement and we wanted to be sure that was absolutely necessary before such a big investment. The technician from RES was so thorough in his evaluation and didn't find anything wrong with the unit despite many tests. I'm discouraged by how quickly other companies are to suggest a full replacement, but am grateful to have found your company!

Excellent work and highly recommend Residential Repair. I have had a going problem with my AC that has not been fixed by two other companies across many repair visits. Residential Repair quickly got to the root cause of the problem.

Maged F was so kind and patient with me during the diagnostic process of my AC unit. He thoroughly explained my options with my cooling issue. Any questions I asked to understand how the unit works Maged was so good at further explaining things to me. AC replacement or repair can be overwhelming but Maged definitely added to making the initial process more bearable.

Matthew from Residential Express Services provided excellent service to evaluate to HVAC AC units. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and add coolant to one of the compressors. He was very good about answering questions about options moving forward. I can't say whether or not the service cost is a good value unlike other HVAC contractors. There was no pressure to immediately commit to more work thank goodness. Additionally he was very transparent with the cost of other options moving forward. Highly recommend. If we decide to go with more work, we will use residential express services. I'll plan on updating my review if more work is done.
