Very satisfied with the entire experience today with Residential Express Heating and Air. I was scheduled for an appointment next week, and put on a cancellation list for today. I was not here was a cancellation for today😊. Dave our technician called ahead, showed up when he said he would and checked out our system and resolved our problem. He was polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. This is the 2nd service call since March for different units and we have been very pleased with our experiences.

RES has been very responsive and quick, and have done a great job with the repairs. We had an issue with a repair that was done last year in a difficult spot and RES fully covered the rework under warranty. Ask for Maged, he is polite, professional, and is a true expert in the field.

Our AC went out and Residential Express was able to send someone out to us the next day. David was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the fuse that blew. He explained everything in a polite and professional manner, and did a great job fixing the issue. Our AC is running properly now, thanks to the services provided by Residential Express.

Quick responses from their team to set up an appointment. Good communication throughout until Santo showed up (the time as promised). Santo was great explaining things to me and was able to give me estimates within minutes. I will be sure to use them again!

Their service not the cheapest, but they treated us like royalty and I was completely confident in their work. Plus, they assured us because of our AC filters we only need to clean the ducts every 4-5 years (the previous company had told us every 2 years so we will save money in the end). I recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

RES recently completed HVAC replacement (furnace and AC) in my home. I am a very picky customer and the install team exceeded all my expectations. Very professional, they listened to and addressed all my concerns, the final installation looks and performs exceedingly well. And RES's quote was significantly lower than other competitive quotes for similar quality equipment. Overall A+.

RES is exceptional! Their service keeps me up and running. No sales pitch. Perhaps a suggestion to make things more efficient! I trust them. I usually have DAVID who knows my house. Today he could have talked me into duct cleaning but instead asked me several questions to assess if I needed it. Impressive. I like that I always have the same tech… David….
