I have used Residential for my heating and AC unit repairs for several years now. I have recommended them to my parents and other friends. They have consistently provided excellent customer service. Outstanding service by Residential Express! This is a very responsive company who has excellent communication. Repair to my AC unit was successfully completed and Robert did an excellent job completing the service. He was also extremely helpful and took the time to explain the repair and preventive actions I should take in the future. This company was very responsive from the time I contacted them and their scheduling of service was on time providing great communication throughout the repair. They even gave me a very nice discount!

Residential Express has saved me thousands of dollars over the past few years. Last year my hot water heater was on the fritz, and I had estimates from 4 different companies. Residential Express came in the lowest ($1,500 lower) for the same exact water heater and great installation. This year, my HVAC went. I got a few quotes and Res express came in almost $5k lower for the same work and system. As a new and first time homeowner, I really appreciate the time that Tra spent explaining the benefits of different HVAC systems/models. He was completely honest and told me that some of the higher end models wouldn’t be worth it since my condo is tiny. They even have a supply of portable air conditioners that they will bring out to keep your place cool when you have air conditioning issues. They don’t advertise like some of the big companies and depend on word of mouth, keeping costs lower...

Technician arrived on time and was very friendly and helpful. He fixed my HVAC cooling issue quickly and it looks like the job was done well. Would recommend.

What I appreciated about Residential Express was they were very honest.

I used other companies that tried to upsell because the worker would get commissions on any upsells they get. I checked with Redditors, provided photos and they said the recommendations were not necessary and one I could do myself cheaply.

When Santo came, he didn’t try to do any upselling. To the contrary, I saw him do one of the recommendations the previous company tried upselling me on. I didn’t ask or mention it and he just did it as if it wasn’t a big deal at all and just part of his visit. I was impressed to say the least.

These guys were fantastic Residential Express Heating & Air Conditioning showed up earlier than scheduled, gave me a heads-up call before arriving, and got right to work. Super quick, super professional, and honestly the best price I found around. Can’t ask for more tbh. would definitely call them again!

Robert was professional and knowledgeable. He checked everything thoroughly. He gave me great news about my HVAC being in great shape. He even helped me save money by explaining the pros and limitations of UV lights I had been talked into during COVID. I was so impressed that I set up a contract with the company! Recommend highly!

Received same day service, earlier than planned, and met Robert N with his encyclopedic knowledge of HVAC, established high degrees of confidence in "fixing" my coolant loss, and immedialely started drafting recommended options for for repair and replacement to keep my HVAC running.
