The most professional, caring, and responsive company ever! Both the management and the technicians are absolutely amazing. I found Residential Express through Yelp after another company stole my HVAC motor and vanished with the prepaid money for the parts. But Residential Express tried their best to give me the lowest price and also fixed the issue in the most effective and efficient manner without trying to sell me—like some other HVAC pros—parts that did not need to be replaced. Residential Express deserves a thousand stars as the most ethical and reliable business and company!

The representative who scheduled my furnace servicing visit was friendly, helpful and professional. The HVAC technicians were also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and competent, taking care of everything in just over 30 minutes.

Our technician let us know when he was on the way and arrived well within the promised window. He was careful and thorough as he checked our furnaces and we will be sure to call Residential Express for all our service needs.

This was my second experience with Residential Express Heating & Air. I continue to understand why they have maintained a 5-Star rating. The customer service and knowledge are superlative! I cannot say enough laudatory remarks about Majed. He was very personable and eagerly listened to my explanation of the problem with the heat pump and instantly identified the problem ... a dirty flame sensor. He cleaned it and the heat pump immediately began to work properly. The entire time, he kept me informed on what the costs would be, and even credited me with a $20 discount this visit too. The bill was extremely reasonable and the positive experience memorable ... making me glad that I had placed one of his company stickers on my HVAC so I would ONLY call Residential Express Heating & Air in the future. I am a 71 year old military retiree and they have my HIGHEST personal...
