You will not find a better realtor than the King Team. We have 25+ years with frequent moves and buying homes and properties. The expertise and service level provided by Fiona and David are exceptional. They complement each other so well. It's like you're getting two top-notch realtors for the price of one! Even better, their service does not stop after they collect their commission check. We needed a lot of local help after the purchase of our lake home because we live 6 hours away. They met with contractors, provided guidance, and David even used his handyman company to do repairs at the house. Their service exceeded our expectations and was well beyond that of other realtors. We highly recommend Fiona and David!

Remax Patriot Realty Replied: We are so excited to have you on the lake. Your home is stunning and we look froward to hearing about all the great memories you and your family will make at this beautiful home.

If you are buying or selling a home please give them a call today. Get it done The King Way! Forever grateful!

The best of the best ever !
We have bought and sold many homes during our 23 years of marriage and I have to say when we came across The King team they were God sent!
As you all know God see where we do not see , saying this because at the time i lived in WALKER County Alabama and God see what goes on where we can not after buying two homes in Walker County
GOD SAW WHAT WE WENT THRU !
SAID ALL THAT TO SAY THIS!
THE KING TEAM WORKS FOR YOU!
They dont just stick a sign in your yard and wait for someone to come across it just in Walker County! They list your home to sell ! Many places.
They did 2 open houses of my Walker County home and just so.you know not one Walker County realtor showed up to see it nor tried to sell it!
Said all that to say if you live in Walker County and you want to sell your home best to get The King team to...

Remax Patriot Realty Replied: WOW WOW WOW.....First off, we rarely have the opportunity to represent an amazing home like yours! Plus both of you are so great to work with, and such wonderful people. Helping you sell your home was a pleasure! Thank you for the opportunity.

I recently worked a transaction with Fiona King and she was amazing to work with. While we represented different sides of the transaction, she was so kind and collaborative and made the negotiation so easy. Her paperwork was perfect and her communication was top-notch. I would gladly welcome another opportunity to work with the King team.

Remax Patriot Realty Replied: Thank you Tatum for this wonderful review. Fiona's 37+ years in the real estate has made her one of the best realtors in the industry. She loves working with rock star agents, and she said that you are one of the best realtors she has worked with in a long time. Two great agents will take all...

Having moved all over the US we have bought and sold a lot of homes. Our recent experience with Fiona & David King was the best we ever experienced. They gave us a professional evaluation of the property in Jasper AL we had for sale. They supported a listing price that was more than the other two realtors suggested. They helped prep the home for listing and had a buyer one day after it went on the market. During the inspection process a number of items were identified that needed our attention. They coordinated the repairs and saved us thousands of dollars from what it would have cost us. You cannot go wrong listing with RE/MAX Patriot Realty

Remax Patriot Realty Replied: It was an absolute pleasure working with you Hugh, both Fiona and I are so appreciative that you allowed us to be part of the journey in selling your family home. We wish you the best and we hope you have a fantastic day

We are so grateful for the King Team. We knew they were a perfect match for us from the first time we spoke with them. David is a go-getter that doesn’t take no for an answer and he knows how to get the deal done! Fiona was amazing at ensuring that we had all of the fine details to make what could have been a tedious job of changing over utilities seem seamless. They offered a multitude of recommendations and were so kind to us from the moment we met. From small business owners who work tirelessly day and night, we have a great respect for the King Team and the work they do! We can’t wait to do it all again with you guys down the road. We are grateful for the friendship that we have stumbled upon on this adventure of a lifetime.
