After a brief interview, we hired the King Team to market our colonial home in Gardner, MA. They were from the outset, informative, and very knowledgeable.

They offered positive suggestions before marketing the home and did so shortly thereafter. They worked tirelessly to meet the demands of the buyer which were multiple and costly, knowing that the buyers finances were proven solid. We had moved out of state but they continued to communicate via phone or text on the demands that were made and all that was involved regarding those demands. The closing was handled in a professional manner, and met our convenience.
