Relax Rentals of Hilton Head

My experiences were good, but have comments and suggestions. I stayed in the same unit last year.
1. Could not access live TV on arrival. Relax Rentals sent Nancy the next day and got it working, but when following Nancy’s instructions the next day, could not change the channels.
2. Unit 1691 in Bluff Villas needs a new shower head. Spray is too weak.
3. Shower needs a “grab bar” on the side of the shower. Almost fell in shower when shower floor was slippery from soap! At lest, a non-shippable shower mat should be available for use.
4. After 4 days there, noticed the door to the patio was not completely shut. Was open about 3 inches. Also, the screen door to the patio was stuck and could not go out on the patio.
5. Nancy had to bring laundry soap. No pods were supplied as they said there would be available.
6. No extra kitchen trash bags were located in the kitchen. 2-3 extra bags would have been useful.
