We had a great time at 18 Stoney Creek. We loved the location and proximity to harbor town as well as the private pool. We had it heated for the first week of April and are very glad we did. The house was clean and well stocked, and the Relax Rentals app made everything easy to navigate during our stay. They were attentive to needs and responsive to any questions. Relax Rentals of HIlton Head has been very easy and responsive to deal with when renting through them. Any issues are procesesd quickly and resolution takes place in short order. They are a smaller rental organization and have successfully been able to maintain contact with owners and guests in a positive fashion. Read more >

We absolutely loved our stay at 18 Stoney Creek. The house was great for our needs and came well equipped. The location was awesome! We were able to easily walk over to the shops at Harbour Town and the lighthouse. While there, we had a little problem with the coffee maker, but Relax Rentals was super responsive and delivered us a new one expediently. We had the pool heated for our stay (in March) and the pool was around 85 degrees, which was far warmer than the weather. Overall, it was an awesome experience and everyone was sad to leave! This is a very nice 4th floor unit, with the interior completely updated. Everything was comfortable, worked well, and met our needs. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the view from the balcony, the fully equipped kitchen, the quiet bedrooms, and a nice shower in the master bath. Read more >

My experiences were good, but have comments and suggestions. I stayed in the same unit last year.
1. Could not access live TV on arrival. Relax Rentals sent Nancy the next day and got it working, but when following Nancy’s instructions the next day, could not change the channels.
2. Unit 1691 in Bluff Villas needs a new shower head. Spray is too weak.
3. Shower needs a “grab bar” on the side of the shower. Almost fell in shower when shower floor was slippery from soap! At lest, a non-shippable shower mat should be available for use.
4. After 4 days there, noticed the door to the patio was not completely shut. Was open about 3 inches. Also, the screen door to the patio was stuck and could not go out on the patio.
5. Nancy had to bring laundry soap. No pods were supplied as they said there would be available.

We have been to three VRBO's and this was by far the best -- sets the standards for all others. The property manager was incredibly responsive, organized and kind. You could tell she enjoyed her job and made you feel welcome. The checkin process was very organized and easy. The property was clean and stocked as promised. We had a few minor questions and these were addressed promptly. The property and surrounding bungalows were clean and quiet. Loved all the information about the area and points of interest -- very helpful to enjoy the time spent in Hilton Head. I just want to reiterate how awesome the property manager was. Our unit was in an excellent location and there were many dining and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit was clean and included the basics although it was a minimalist approach to furnishings with limited lighting. The extras that came with the rental were a bonus and we will certainly explore this option when we return to Hilton Head. Read more >

Heritage villa 2228 was enjoyed by our family this past June. The villa was freshly painted and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. The location is fabulous! It is close enough to walk to five or six restaurants including Harbor Town. Bike rentals are close by also. My wife and I stayed for a month and are really pleased with stayed in this specific unit and Relax Rentals. Relax Rentals is extremely service oriented. Erica who helped us make the reservations and received us when we got to the office is nothing but fantastic, professional and a pleasure to interact with. While we were at the unit there were a couple of technical glitches and upon our communications all responses and resolutions occurred within 24 hours or less. Johnny was professional and tried to do things as quickly as possible.
The kitchen for us being well equipped so that we can cook and eat in as we like to make our food from scratch was fantastic. When we will be returning Relax Rentals will be our first call. Read more >

2610 Calibogue was exceptional in comfort, decor, views, and cleanliness. The villa has extensive windows/doors providing bright, private views of the tidal marsh with wildlife, water, and colors changing throughout the day! It is beautifully decorated and spacious including an adorable screen porch with ADK chairs & deck to relax with a cocktail or good book and enjoy the view. The home is equipped with all you need to make it your home while staying and Relax rentals was there to manage any questions we had immediately. We enjoyed the pool, tennis, & pickleball just a few minutes over the bridge and lagoon in this beautiful neighborhood! Close to Harbour Town and bike trails to take you to the best Sea Pines offers! We truly hated leaving 3 Hilton Head Cabanas. The location is perfect, right in the center of our preferred activities (Coligny Park & the beach). This place is immaculate. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might need to prepare meals. The beds were super comfortable. This will be our first choice for future visits!
