Great stay

We enjoyed an outstanding family vacation at 36 Bradley Circle in Hilton Head. If you’re vacationing with a large group this is the house for you! There were twelve of us spanning three generations sharing the house; and yet we all had plenty of room and we never felt cramped. Everything was very clean and the house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything anyone could need; and there are more than enough dishes, silverware and all the kitchen gadgets and appliances you’ll need readily available. One of the best things was how close the beach is! It’s literally less than a 5 min walk from the house. We all enjoyed this as it was easy to come back for lunch or a swim in the pool. We had an amazing stay in Hilton Head/Shipyard. The unit was very clean, bright and tastefully decorated.
Easy access to Shipyard Beach and a community pool on site.
The folks at Relax Rentals were very caring and responsive and exceeded our expectations.
We have used Relax Rentals in the past and will continue to use their services in the future.
We look forward to returning to Hilton Head.

Great communication and we enjoyed our stay

I recently rented a house through Relax Rentals at Hilton Head, SC. The experience was 5 stars. The house was incredible. I received very clear explanations to pick up passes to enter Sea Pines and how to access to the facilites. The house was clean and well prepared. We had a great time.

We were looking forward to a peaceful stay, and thats what we got... we love to come to Hilton because of their beautiful nature and tranquility...if you are looking to reconnect with yourself, to meditate, to have a great time with yourself and your loved ones this is the place... the house was great, plenty of space for everyone. Home was equipped with everything we needed and we thank them for making this space possible for everyone. Walk to the beach was great... the sunrise in the mornings... was phenomenal. Cant complain of anything we had such a wonderful time... all i can say its thank you and blessings to all that make this places available and ready for all of us from owners to managment to cleaners to all... blessings ❤️

First and foremost, the location for our stay was absolutely perfect! We were placed at the heart of so many incredible sights, experiences, and dining options. Our room was clean and comfortable, and it had plenty accommodations. Communication was clear and concise, especially when we requested an early check in. We would love to stay with Relax Rentals again!

Relax Rentals was quick to respond when we had some changes to our trip and did their best to accommodate us. Highly recommend booking with Relax!

We loved our stay at 2219 Windsor PlaceII!!! The view from the balcony was our favorite. You could see/hear/& feel the ocean from the balcony while still seeing the palm trees & occasional wildlife (deer). The condo itself was extremely spacious & the bar area was fabulous! The separate ice machine was very handy when filling cups & coolers, not to mention the separate drink refrigerator!! My teenage kids loved that each room had its own TV & a separate one in the sitting area. The master bath was amazing!! The proximity to the beach was perfect. My parents aren’t able to walk very far & they had no problems getting to the beach. The private beach access was also a plus. The beaches weren’t extremely crowded compared to public access sites. I would not hesitate to stay here again!! LOVED IT!!

Location was great! I thought the outside looked even better in person than the pictures. One of the best ACs. Nice and cool. We were disappointed that we weren’t able to enjoy the advertised free activities that are supposed to come with the reservation. I’m not sure where the fault lies but we asked for these numerous times before and during our stay and no one ever made this available for us. We complained to the host but there was no follow up or apology offered. The cookware is lacking. Plenty of plates and glasses and such but not enough cookware to actually cook a big meal with. Only one skillet. The king bed and pillows were uncomfortable for us but the others seemed to be ok. We enjoyed the short walk to Coligny Plaza and the distance to walk to the beach wasn’t terrible. Overall it was a good stay.

It was a joy to stay at the home on Willow Oak with our 4 adult children, sons and daughters-in-laws, and grandkids for the week!!! Wonderful place for a large family to come together for cherished memories. Beautiful and clean home, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool for the kids. Sea Pines is breathtaking! We loved the included perks of the golf, bike rental, beach chairs + umbrella, etc. Thank you for this incredible experience!!! The one complaint was the outdoor patio furniture being rusted and broken. Other than that, we would absolutely return and recommend!!! Thank you!

Our group loved our time at 26 Port Tack. The house is well appointed and has everything you need for a really fun stay. The game room was awesome for the kids and adults alike. The pool was so much fun and the view in the backyard is dreamy. We wished we had thought to bring a wagon to cart our beach things though it is an easy 15 min walk to the beach access. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back!

Loved my stay at 507 North Shore Place. Close to beach, great unit with awesome view and loved the pool access. Great to have gated covered parking. This is our third year in a row we have stayed here and plan on coming back.

Great location. 5 minute bike ride to beach. Unit was clean and rental company was accommodating in early/late check in. Management co could do better in supplying more than 1 dishwasher soap, garbage bags,
to promote keeping unit clean and renters shouldn’t have to buy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hilton Head And our accommodations through Relax Rentals. Thence was very clean and convenient and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location to the beach. Really nice pool. The landscaping was really lush. Close parking to the condo. Relax rental was really easy to work with and were very responsive.

Our Relax Rentals experience was excellent. We very much enjoyed the ease of receiving text messages before & during our stay. The welcome text with all the information was great. The property was very comfortable & in a convenient location.

We had very good communication with Relax Rentals. They sent small texts about things like check-in/out procedures and links to local services/activities as well as emails with more details.
We shared a few concerns about small issues (think leaky faucet - nothing major) and they offered to have a service man out the next day.
It felt almost like having a concierge service. I will definitely use them again!

Great location! Family friendly!

28 Surf Scoter is our favorite family get away. I only hesitate to write a rave review because I dont want the house to get so booked up we don't get to stay there! It is the perfect level of finish, pretty, bright, updated...but you aren't worried about sitting on the sofa or enjoying the porch with the kids. It's really close to the beach, easy bike ride to tennis, and a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. We love this house.

Host company was super attentive. Property was very clean, well equipped, and with a great location. No crazy check out requirements. We will definitely be booking with Relax Rentals again when we return next year. No complaints.

We had a wonderful stay and fell in love with the Shipyard location. Relax Rentals was great to work with and communication was great. The Villa was very clean and well maintained. All was perfect. Now retired, we plan to stay in the shipyard for a full month each year.

Overall we had an excellent trip. The only thing I didn’t like was the person who was going to clean showed up at 9 when check out is at 10 and just stood in front of our door until we left.

We loved our stay at this house! House was very well appointed and very clean. The pool was amazing and our kids spent most of the time there. Game room garage was a great bonus!!
