We are owners of a property at Queens Grant. It was a pleasure to work with Relax Rentals as our agency for our villa. Exceptionally professional and friendly. Extremely easy to work with. Erica, Brienne and Sherri always made sure our villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and provided immediate service to the renters. In case of approaching storms, they secured the property and assisted the renters if needed. Because of their excellent care of our villa for the last three years, we have received a rating of 9.8 and excellent reviews. We would definitely recommend Relax Rentals for anyone wanting to use a rental agency for their property. Because we love Hilton Head so much, we have decided to live here permanently and no longer rent out our villa. Read more >

149 Windward Village. Condo was clean, open, and relaxing. Fun loft style set up. We gave the teenager the loft space. Modern kitchen and appliances. Temps were close to 100°, but with all the trees acting, we were able to use the screened in porch daily. Everything was close- beach, shopping, restaurants. Perfect for our family of 3! Great location in Sea Pines….neighborhood entrance is right across from the beach access path. 43 Night Heron was super clean, had been updated recently and was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two teenagers.
