McClain at Red Mountain was extremely professional and helpful. We did advance planning and when the time arrived, everything was like clockwork. The most critical thing was that there was no attempt to upsell or manipulate us during the planning process or at the end when we needed the cremation services. The staff at Red Mountain Funeral Home was so kind and helpful to me with all the paperwork and questions I had. They were also very patient with me when I couldn't seem to move through the process of laying my husband to rest at a quicker pace; I often got stuck and just froze inside, I guess from not wanting to believe this was happening. I think I spoke with all of them at least once, and Diana was a true blessing. I highly recommend their services to everyone who needs a little extra kindness and compassion during the final decision making process of your loved one's journey back to Heaven, where ultimately we all go and will see each other again. Red Mountain Funeral Home(RMFH)was an excellent choice! McClain who help us out was truly a blessing with helping our family plan the service for my baby sister! I have worked in Sales and trust me, the previous funeral homes we visited prior to Red Mountain Funeral Home either had a sales pitch or just did not feel right for us. McClain was very empathetic in this time of need. He listened to us and gave us the options based on what we discussed. Never did he upsell anything. He heard exactly what we wanted and matched up the service they could offer us. In our particular situation we had to have an intimate family viewing prior to the cremation process.
