We live in California and my Uncle lived in Arizona. Having to deal with his death was hard let alone across the miles. McClain and staff made it very easy for us to make the arrangements we needed all the while being sympathetic and caring.

The staff at Red Mountain was compassionate and kind while coping with the loss of my mother.

They were affordable and took good care of us during a difficult time. We are grateful for the staff at Red Mountain.

Responsive to questions in a timely manner

I was out of state when my grandmother passed less than a month from finding out she was going to be on hospice. I contacted Red Mountain soon after getting notification that my grandmother passed and they were very helpful in dealing with the process and getting her taken care of.

In this difficult times, they were very helpful, specially this girl Adriana she made us feel that they really care about what we were going through, I've seen other places where its all about the business, Not this place, we even went over the scheduled time and rhey understood, and did not charged for the extra time we used. I highly recommend this place. Its a little small but it was just enough for us...

Staff was extremely caring. Pricing is very reasonable and staff takes the time to explain the costs and the process clearly and with compassion. The "Last Goodbye" was done very nicely. I was unfamiliar with this, but I'm very glad we did this with my father before the cremation. I highly recommend their funeral services.

We needed a direct cremation for some arrangements that were made out of state and Red Mountain Funeral Home made everything very simple. The process was well organized and the staff kept me updated throughout.

Red Mountain was suggested to me by hospice staff after my mothers passed. It happened much sooner than the family expected & not being from this state, we had no knowledge of funeral homes in the area.
I must say that we were extremely pleased with Red Mountain Funeral Home . McClane did a great job assisting my family in being able to have mom’s service when & how we wanted it done.
