There’s nothing easy about losing a loved one. Yet as far as end of life arrangements go, Red Mountain made this part easy for me. All their paperwork can be done electronically which is very convenient. I selected the family good bye followed by cremation for $1495. The total came to around $2000 with shipping of cremated remains to another state, transportation from the hospital to the funeral home, and death certificates. I would recommend their services.

During some of the worst times in a persons life is when people need love and compassion the most. Especially when the OME is involved. They provided all the information I needed to make sound and informed decisions regarding my sister. They were delicate in the manner they discussed the details in her death, patient as we worked together as a family to make decisions, and most importantly, they honored and cared for my sister in a way that I didn't realized I needed. When my son passed away, I didn't know what to expect and was concerned that I would be taken advantage of by funeral homes. Although several of my family members have died, they were all back in my home state and I wanted to bury my son in Arizona since we moved here when he was a child. I reached out to a City Councilwoman and Red Mountain Funeral Home was one of her suggestions. I initially spoke to the owner, who I was surprised made time to speak with me, and I'm so glad I chose RMFH.

Dealing with the death of my son was already overwhelming, but the process of making so many decisions I never had to think about before made it twice as hard. I worked directly with McClain and had a million questions (sometimes the same question more than once) , which he answered with a lot of patience.

Not once did I feel like "a number", or that my son didn't...

Responsive to questions in a timely manner

I was out of state when my grandmother passed less than a month from finding out she was going to be on hospice. I contacted Red Mountain soon after getting notification that my grandmother passed and they were very helpful in dealing with the process and getting her taken care of.

In this difficult times, they were very helpful, specially this girl Adriana she made us feel that they really care about what we were going through, I've seen other places where its all about the business, Not this place, we even went over the scheduled time and rhey understood, and did not charged for the extra time we used. Staff was extremely caring. Pricing is very reasonable and staff takes the time to explain the costs and the process clearly and with compassion. The "Last Goodbye" was done very nicely. I was unfamiliar with this, but I'm very glad we did this with my father before the cremation. I highly recommend their funeral services.
