Red Mountain was recommended to me, and I couldn't be more grateful. They handled everything with care and respect. From pick up to death certificate details to transferring our family member to a science donation organization, they were tremendously helpful. They definitely understand how difficult details can be in a time of grief and were compassionate and gentle, even when I must have asked the same question half a dozen times in a phone call! McClain was my first point of contact and he made sure I knew he was always available, even though we had no funeral. To be honest, five stars doesn't feel like enough. They were very professional, respectful and communicated well. Made the experience easier while grief was happening within the family. They went above and beyond to help us with our final wishes. Only recommendation is to upgrade facility to be more warm and inviting and the vehicle to pick up the deceased to be better then an old minivan that looked dirty and dented. Read more >
