I had a water leak near my air vent. The maintenance was set up using a 3rd party app, which allowed me to schedule a time that work best. The maintenance tech was knowledgeable and fixed the issue immediately.

Sherry absolutely made the home buying experience as easy, comfortable, and educational as anyone possibly could have. From over 7,000 miles away, 14 hours ahead in a different time zone, Sherry went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and consultant. She was awesome and will be highly recommended for anyone I know purchasing in the area. Honestly, will probably reach out to her again in my future home-buying.

This company is great. I’ve been a customer for a little over two years. I just recently transferred my lease and it’s been VERY STRESSFUL with all of the requirements that I had to meet and the new rules. I will say that anytime I had a service request it was taken care of immediately. The apt that I had was “as is” so I couldn’t really complain, but the landscaping team was awful and nonresidents used to come and drop off trash. it would fill up so quickly leaving the residents to pile up trash on the ground. That house that I moved to is an upgrade and I love it so far. I miss not having a water bill or not having to get the grass cut.

It really help me a place to stay and I will be forever grateful.

In 2008 we purchased our home using Realty Executives, in 2015 we started renting our home out using them as our management company and in 2022 we Decided to sell our rental property also using Realty Executives. Through all the years we recieved excellent service each time. Janie Diggs was amazing as our buyers realtor she was so patient and answered all my questions. Francis, Jessica, Billy and everyone on the rental side were friendly and answered all my questions everytime i called and handled everything the home needed while being rented. Brandi Castano helped us so much selling our home, my husband is in Korea and i live in another state as well and she took care of everything down to signing closing papers for us.
