This company is great. I’ve been a customer for a little over two years. I just recently transferred my lease and it’s been VERY STRESSFUL with all of the requirements that I had to meet and the new rules. I will say that anytime I had a service request it was taken care of immediately. The apt that I had was “as is” so I couldn’t really complain, but the landscaping team was awful and nonresidents used to come and drop off trash. it would fill up so quickly leaving the residents to pile up trash on the ground. That house that I moved to is an upgrade and I love it so far. I miss not having a water bill or not having to get the grass cut. Read more >
