I recently had my walk-through inspection with Patrick, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Before the inspection even began, Patrick took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what to expect, and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

During the walk-through, he was professional, personable, and incredibly patient. His positive attitude made the experience comfortable and stress-free, and I never felt rushed. He took the time to address every concern I had and made sure I understood everything along the way.
