Let me start out by saying "You will not be sorry if you hire Reaction Exteriors to do your job!"

I've been in the retail Home Improvement industry for over 40 years. One of my jobs was a regional manager of installations for the largest Home Improvement retailer in the world. Needless to say I'm very in tune with how the install business works.

I was in a bind, my home was on the market and after receiving an offer the buyers had their inspector complete the home inspection, the inspection identified some concerns with moisture behind the stucco in 3 areas of the home. I didn't want to just have the 3 areas repaired so I started to look for reputable companies to bid for the work. I also spoke with my neighbors, the development is 25 years old, and several neighbors had work done within the last couple of years. 6 of the 30 homes in my development had already hired Reaction Exteriors, after speaking with my neighbors and hearing very positive feedback I reached out to and scheduled an appointment with Reaction Exteriors and 2 other company's. After contacting RE I met with Gary a couple of days later. Gary was very impressive, he was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home remodeling and answered all my questions about the job and how his company would approach completing the job in stages, with a specific timeline. Since I was trying to sell my home that was very important to me. Gary was careful not to over commit on the amount of time it would take and how weather could become an obstacle at that time of the year. At the conclusion I let Gary know I was getting other quotes and would get back with him.

After reviewing the quotes I will say that Reaction wasn't the lowest bid, and my neighbors told me the same thing, but may neighbors and I both know you get what you pay for so I decided to give the work to RE. Once of the major reasons I choice them besides the neighborhood recommendations that were all positive was Reaction Exteriors employees all of their own crews. They do not subcontract work out. Other bids had multiple other subcontractors accompany them to bid the work.

Gary assured me he would be on the site throughout the process and available for any questions or concerns if I had any during the process. The job included removal of all stucco on wood surfaces, installation of Hardy Siding, removal and replace all gutters, remove and reinstall all windows to insure no wood needed replacing. They also did masonry work and painting inside and outside of the home.

I was introduced to David and Carlos who were the site managers at the start of the job. RE has a website where they post daily updates of the work being done with before and after photos. This was very useful to me since I was not present during the day while they did the work. Every crew that come to the home was professional and respectful. They cleaned up everyday before they left and kept the job site organized. Both David and Carlos would call with updates also.

The work was done right on schedule and I couldn't of been happier with the quality of the work! I was truly fortunate to have worked with such a top notch company with the situation I was in with selling my home.
