Reaction Exteriors is the only business I look to for stucco remediation. I used them for some minor repairs 10 years ago. I also referred them to neighbors who have used them as well over the years. Recently another stucco inspection showed a need for more involved remediation. This recent process included removing windows, complete removal of stucco and rebuilding the walls, resetting windows and finished with painting the stucco . Every single employee from Reaction is fantastic. From the initial quote from Steve, project management from Pablo and the entire crew! I enjoyed having the crew around and hearing them interact. Always positive interactions. Work was exceptional. Area was always clean on a daily basis. They didn’t try to “oversell” products or work. They are the only company I trust!

Reaction Exteriors is an amazing company! They did a beautiful job on our homes exterior and some interior work. From Gary to Pablo....... they went above and beyond for us. They truly, truly care. I would absolutely recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The owner and the crew are excellent. They are professional on time and quick. They did my house in one day with wonderful big crew who repair my roof put the new one which looks great. They did cleanup around the house from all debris. Everybody is very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend for your roof and an exterior work.

Reaction Exteriors is outstanding. Five stars are simply not sufficient. We purchased an 1833 old stone farm house that was in need of significant work. Fortunately, we were connected with Steve at Reaction exteriors. It was a very complicated project, given the age of the home. Reaction was by far the most informed and professional builder that we spoke with.

The age and structural challenges were difficult and included: structural shoring up of several load bearing beams; complete rewiring of the entire house; plumbing and sewer rework; drywall remediation; replacement of the entire roof; rebuilding of the dormers; replacement of the yard fence; replacement of an entire stone patio; removal of several enormous trees that were compromising the structural integrity of the foundation, and; the list goes on.

We have been beyond happy for the work of Steve and Reaction Exteriors in the complete remediation of both our exterior and the interior of our home in Malvern! Reaction’s expertise in exterior work was reflected in the stunning transformation of our property, including the use of three different exterior features integrated in a manner that conformed with the requirements of our HOA (Stone, James Hardie Plank, and Stucco).
