We have been beyond happy for the work of Steve and Reaction Exteriors in the complete remediation of both our exterior and the interior of our home in Malvern! Reaction’s expertise in exterior work was reflected in the stunning transformation of our property, including the use of three different exterior features integrated in a manner that conformed with the requirements of our HOA (Stone, James Hardie Plank, and Stucco).

We are grateful for Reaction’s project manager, Gary, taking the time to explain at the outset the Reaction Process for remediating the stucco on our home, after our home inspection noted multiple issues with the stucco on the home we purchased. Gary, the lead project manager, explained to us in detail our options, the timetable for the work, as well as a precise cost for each option, while meeting with our HOA representative on multiple occasions to ensure we conformed to their requirements.

Inside, the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The new hardwood flooring, new countertops and cabinetry have completely transformed our home. We appreciate how Steve and the Reaction team listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design, while also taking the time to meet with us throughout the process.
