Reaction Exteriors is a well managed, dependable business that trains their employees well to provide an excellent product in an efficient manner. Each of the tasks associated with our project was done by the appropriate team of trained personnel (e.g. electrical, siding, demolition, etc). Communication with our project manager, Steve, was also very good and we felt confident with his answers and ability to deliver a good product.

I've been in the retail Home Improvement industry for over 40 years. One of my jobs was a regional manager of installations for the largest Home Improvement retailer in the world. Needless to say I'm very in tune with how the install business works.

I was in a bind, my home was on the market and after receiving an offer the buyers had their inspector complete the home inspection, the inspection identified some concerns with moisture behind the stucco in 3 areas of the home. I didn't want to just have the 3 areas repaired so I started to look for reputable companies to bid for the work. I also spoke with my neighbors, the development is 25 years old, and several neighbors had work done within the last couple of years. 6 of the 30 homes in my development...

We had an amazing experience with Reaction Exteriors from start to finish. Going into this, we honestly didn’t know much about the process, so we had a lot of questions - Gary made that part very easy. During the initial meeting, he took his time walking us through everything, explaining what to expect, and answering every question we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. He made us feel like he was there to help us make the right decision, not just to sell us something.

Their attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional. I added a front and back porch plus had a majority of the stucco redone. It was not an easy job intergrating and updating the old with the new for my 1930s craftsman style house. Gary didn’t miss a beat, making suggestions and listening to the input I had. Pablo and his crew executed the job perfectly. I will 100 percent be using them in the future. The team is diligent and outright fantastic. Steve and his crew remodeled my kitchen, laundry room, and powder room. The project was complete on time and the site was cleaned up every day. His crew was kind, respectful and professional. Everyone that came in the house knew exactly what to do. I absolutely love my remodel and would highly recommend.

Reaction Exteriors removed my stucco and replaced it with Hardie Board and natural stone, in addition to adding a portico. They also replaced all my exterior doors. Having rental property for many years, I’ve delt with many contractors, a vast majority of them were just terrible. We were not looking forward to such a big project on our own property. Very positive experience. Everyone we worked with , from initial sales person (Gary), to owners, to project manager (Steve Jr. ), to all the technicians, are very professional and responsive to all of our questions/demands. Project manager kept us informed thru out the entire job. All the technicians worked very hard and handled all tasks meticulously. We highly recommend Reaction Exteriors to home owners when you need someone to work on your house.

Worked closely with county to ensure permit process flowed properly. Promptly attended to client feedback and last minute changes. ADA compliant bathroom and closet addition was pleasing to our elderly father in law. They took the time to consult with him on details to ensure he was happy with the new room. Conveyed updates to us in a timely manner. Steve, Steve, Gary and the crew took the time to handle business and make sure we ended up with a fantastic product. 10/10 would recommend, they’ve done a lot of solid exterior work in our neighborhood.

My stucco was put on in the early 1980's so it was aged with large open cracks, mold, and sagging. I choose Reaction Exteriors based on the detail of their quote and honesty about unexpected fees I could face if we uncovered a bigger water & mold problem. The original stucco application was on foam core boards with adhesive felt then wire-mesh and stucco. Very flimsy to today's standards which considers extreme weather events. This new application used plywood, water barriers, mesh, and three coats of stucco material along with proper flashing around the windows and doors. The team of workers were on-time, clean, friendly, and skilled in their trade of masonry (check out the even and consistent pattern in the final picture). My house looks beautiful again. No more cold drafts or mold worries. I'm hoping my electric bill goes down too now that we're insulated. Thank you!

Although Reaction Exteriors is known for stucco remediation, having them handle our new deck and patio gave us peace of mind that the parts of the project involving our stucco home would be done correctly. Fantastic experience with Reaction Exteriors!! Owner Steve came highly recommended from several people we asked and he responded quickly after we had damage to our house after a hurricane. He came out personally to do a walk through and explain job specs to us, and his entire team was great to work with as well. Paolo communicated regularly about recommendations and updates, and went above and beyond to fix up our house. They paid attention to details, painting shutters and trim, updating lights, cleaned up everything after the job was finished, and the end result looks fabulous!! Could not be happier. We will be using them again for future projects.

Reaction Exteriors is the only business I look to for stucco remediation. I used them for some minor repairs 10 years ago. I also referred them to neighbors who have used them as well over the years. Recently another stucco inspection showed a need for more involved remediation. This recent process included removing windows, complete removal of stucco and rebuilding the walls, resetting windows and finished with painting the stucco . Every single employee from Reaction is fantastic. From the initial quote from Steve, project management from Pablo and the entire crew! I enjoyed having the crew around and hearing them interact. Always positive interactions. Work was exceptional. Area was always clean on a daily basis. They didn’t try to “oversell” products or work. They are the only company I trust!

The owner and the crew are excellent. They are professional on time and quick. They did my house in one day with wonderful big crew who repair my roof put the new one which looks great. They did cleanup around the house from all debris. Everybody is very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend for your roof and an exterior work.

Reaction Exteriors is outstanding. Five stars are simply not sufficient. We purchased an 1833 old stone farm house that was in need of significant work. Fortunately, we were connected with Steve at Reaction exteriors. It was a very complicated project, given the age of the home. Reaction was by far the most informed and professional builder that we spoke with.

The age and structural challenges were difficult and included: structural shoring up of several load bearing beams; complete rewiring of the entire house; plumbing and sewer rework; drywall remediation; replacement of the entire roof; rebuilding of the dormers; replacement of the yard fence; replacement of an entire stone patio; removal of several enormous trees that were compromising the structural integrity of the foundation, and; the list goes on.

We have been beyond happy for the work of Steve and Reaction Exteriors in the complete remediation of both our exterior and the interior of our home in Malvern!
