These guys are absolutely amazing! From start to finish we had a new water filtration system for our well water installed. Having a Rain Soft system was the best investment we have made with regards to our daily water needs. The one time installation cost was reasonable and fit our budget. Our system had stopped regenerating. The technician arrived on schedule was very friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly. 10-15 minutes, the problem was corrected. All my questions were answered and we are very happy with both the timeliness and the results of the visit.

I was surprised at how fast the whole process was. My water specialist covered everything I wanted to know before making a decision to have a water softener system installed. Within days of meeting my system was installed and I am so happy with the results! Having well water and hard water buildup issues for years, I wish I would have done this years ago.

All interfaces with RainSoft employees were excellent. I never felt any pressure to make any sort of purchase. All may questions were answered. The entire water testing process was thoroughly explained as were the results. The tester was prompt with notifications of arrival time, clean up the testing area and provided additional information I had requested about RainSoft products and services.

Dale was so kind and professional when addressing my water concerns. He was very helpful with identifying issues with my water as well. He made my experience with RainSoft great!
