Dan was very helpful in showing me what I was doing wrong. He also instructed us in filter changing. This was the 1st service call in more than 10yrs. Our system was still working but now works better. Thanks Dan and RainSoft Water Treatment .

The conversation with the office was seamless. They had recorded my request from a previous call and knew exactly what we needed and noted the expiration of the to be installed filters. The tech arrived early and confirmed his ability to complete the job before starting. He completed the reinstall of our 4 chamber system quickly and efficiently with no additional instruction required. Thank you RainSoft of Northern Michigan.

Service tech was great. Scheduling was easy and flexible. I just don’t care for the service charges. For something that has a “lifetime warranty”, I shouldn’t be shelling out that kind of money every year.

My last instal went well other than the manufacturer had a discrepancy in the tank durability *not their fault* guys were nice, quick and clean!

Dan has been awesome from start to finish.
We had a few things that occurred after they were done and he came back by and got them figured out and fixed. Didn’t charge us anything.

They where nice in person. And took about 15 mins to do .

Rainsoft came out to run an additional test on my water. They already knew we had a water purification system and just wanted to see how they could help. When they came they were so very polite and listened to all my questions. It is becoming more rare these days for such polite and patient customer service. Based on the knowledge of purification process I would recommend working with Rainsoft.
