They do charge a C.C. fee! I edited my review because they did fix the issue! I appreciate that very much. It's great to see a company acknowledge and fix their mistake! Thank you again!!

RainSoft of Northern Michigan Replied: Hi Dylan, We are sorry that you were not told about the fee. We do charge a 3.5% credit card fee, but you should have been given the option to mail in your payment if you prefer not to pay that. We will review our policy with our team so that does not happen again. We can refund the fee you were...

Top notch service from start to finish. The other Rainsoft dealer could not get me in for 3 weeks (who wants to deal with hard water for 3 weeks?!) but these guys were able to offer me an appointment in 2 days. Dan was my technician and he was thorough, replaced my leaky bypass valve, explained everything and made recommendations to help my system run more efficient. I will be using these guys from here on out.

RainSoft of Northern Michigan Replied: Thank you immensely for your feedback. We are thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our service and look forward to helping you again!
