Dan was extremely helpful . He identified the problem immediately and realized it wasn't the tank but my faucet. He offered to replace it for me. He went to Home Depot found a faucet, sent me a picture and replaced it for me. He was here for about an hour. Very professional and polite. The funny thing is his last name is the same as my granddaughters first name.

Wonderful company to work with. Dale is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings to us during our free consultation and water testing. They came out right away once we called them. After we decided on the water softener we needed, they delivered it and installed it next day. Steven our installer was courteous, knowledgeable and asked all the necessary questions for the placement of our softener. He explained the process and made sure we had no additional questions or concerns before he left. Very pleased with the decision we made. Great job and thanks again!

I had such a pleasant visit from Alan who helped us with RainSoft water treatment package. The treated water feels so silky when washing hands and taking a shower, even without using soap. Drinking water tastes just like how water should be with no aftertaste of dish soap or chemicals. Alan provided us with lots of incentives and made us a happy customet. Looking forward to an amazing experience using and drinking the water. Happy to be part of the RainSoft family. Highly recommended to everyone who wants the best and safe drinking water.

Dale was very informative. Walked us through every test. Actually tested our water rather than 1 test that the culligan guy did. I would love to go with rain soft products however it’s not really affordable at this time. Especially being a new homeowners and expecting a little one soon. Money is all tied up. Discount the product under 5k and we will talk !
