Steve and Steve came out, I would definitely recommend them. As they were about to leave we had an issue with both our toilets not wanting to fill back up after the water was turned back on and they stayed to help make sure everything was working. Super nice guys!

Our first RainSoft softener made it 25yrs before our well water won. We made an appointment for a service / repair call, after discussing repair costs we decided to install a new softener. Crew installed a new softener on the same day as appointment.

I called Rainsoft out to test the water from our new well. They came the same day to test and the next day to install our system. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more happy with the great quality of our water. Thank you!

Highly recommend Rainsoft. We did a lot of research when our home was being built and decided on Rainsoft. 3 years and counting and we’ve kept great water. Keeping up on your filters and maintenance is very important as well. Our service guy Dan did an excellent job, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars for sure!

Awesome product and service. Would highly recommend an in house demo which shows you all the impurity’s in your water and then make your decision on buying from there. I thought my well water would be ok but it was terrible. Any health conscience person knows that you should filter your drinking water and they offer the reverse osmosis system, which is top of the line. Would highly recommend RainSoft.

Gave me information to troubleshoot it myself. Good people still exist.

I can’t say enough good things about Danny. My water had turned yellow and the salt system stopped working, so I reached out for help. He came over the same day after finishing his other jobs, tested the water, found the issue, and walked me through everything clearly. We ended up switching to a RainSoft water filtration system, and the difference has been amazing. The water looks and tastes great now! Super professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!
