The service technician was on time kind courteous friendly and very polite. Knowledgeable in his field of expertise and informative. I may be having him back to test again in a few months.

They where nice in person. And took about 15 mins to do .

Rainsoft came out to run an additional test on my water. They already knew we had a water purification system and just wanted to see how they could help. When they came they were so very polite and listened to all my questions. It is becoming more rare these days for such polite and patient customer service. Based on the knowledge of purification process I would recommend working with Rainsoft.

Rain Soft employees were great. The installation was less than one day, including a closet build-out. We were told by 2 companies that we had the worst water in our area, and with the additional sink filter, we can actually drink our water.

Paige is so receptive to you when you call the office. The owner of the company will listen when you know you system is not functioning correctly. The in house tech will really listen to you and finally, Dan whos a tech that makes house calls. They do not leave debris laying around. They arrive on time for appointments.

Outstanding. Free water test identified issues with our water. Offered several options in various price ranges. Offered financing options. Was installed within days. Installation technician was timely, courteous, friendly and efficient. Absolutely recommended for your water needs.

Writing this review on the service alone. The service RainSoft provides is absolutely top notch. We deal with Dan, and every time he's out to our home, he does an amazing job. I cannot highly recommend their services enough.

Anual service. System needed to be cleaned out. We lose water pressure over time due to build up of iron. We have terrible water. They sent a kid out that looked about 18. I wish I could remember his name. He actually did a great job. He was very polite and professional. Arrived right on time. Pressure is back and he didn't even make a mess. Customer service with rainsoft is always very good to excellent. The price is always steep and has gotten worse in this "build back better" economy just like every thing else. Still a satisfied customer.

Our RainSoft water softener is amazing. The difference between it and our old softener is unbelievable. We had a bit of a hiccup with a leaking fitting, but after a short discussion with the installing company, Dan arrived and fixed it in a very short time. No charge.
