Very professional...It has been installed for a week now and I love it. I use less soap and shampoo. I still have not gotten anything on the free soap products though.

I am so very impressed with this company...after posting the review above, I heard back from Maxine the following day asking for my email address (that was the reason I was not getting information). Within 2 minutes I had my information on the soap products which are also great products! Thank you so much Rainsoft...I am using way less soap, my skin is not dried out anymore, and I no longer have iron and calcium build up on my faucets or bathtub!

We recommend RainSoft of northern michigan to everyone! They were so nice and helpful. They have went above and beyond to help us, and inform us. They tested our water and it was much worse than we had thought. We were a little hesitant on purchasing the treatment system, not sure how it would make a difference that we would notice but we sure have noticed it! We are very pleased. I contacted Dan about repairing my existing system, and from the start he was friendly and eager to help. In fact, he was at my house the same day. He diagnosed the problem and did not try to upsell me on repairs or products that were not necessary.

Dan seems passionate about the products he sells and services, and he also seems genuinely to want to help. As far as I can tell, he does business honestly, and I will definitely continue to go through him for anything I happen to need with regard to my filtration system.

I was not looking for any type of water treatment system but was extremely interested in clean drinking water before talking to Mike at Water Treatments Solutions stopped by. He came over tested my water and explained everything to me. I wanted to purchase the system, so I did and I love it!!! I would recommend Rainsoft to everyone weather you are looking for a system or not. By the way I love my new washer attachment, I hardly use anymore soap. Sometimes I don't use any soap!!
