We had our water tested by Dan Phalen a few days ago and we were very pleased. He was on time and very professional. I really liked that I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. That being said I'm super excited to say we are having the TC series and Carbon Filtration system installed tomorrow!!

I live out in the country with some pretty hard and smelly water, the rain soft system has been a pleasure to have with clean fresh water all the time. With the possibility of my children drinking contaminated city water, we decided to have our water checked by Rain Soft of Michigan. After sending in a sample of our water, a specialist named Dan made an appointment to do an in house inspection and check. He found the water was soft and was safe to drink but recommended a reverse osmosis system to remove any other impurities that were not found.
Although we have not purchased the osmosis system it is still of thought. Thank you Dan and Rain Soft of Northern Michigan for a great experience and recommendation.

We made our contact at a business expo with Home Depot. Rainsoft called and made arrangements to send out a sales person. Dan from Rainsoft came out in bad weather from Fenton to test our water and show their water conditioning products. He did great job and we were very impressed their products. We will sleep on our decision.

Brandon, the demo man, was extremely friendly and patient. He was helpful to us in make the best choice for our needs.Not pushy, explaining clearly the condition of our water source and our needs.

Dan, the installer, was very personable and efficient when installing the product. Cleaned up after the job was done. Asked if we had any further questions or concerns. Provided contact information and all necessary paperwork.

Just bought the Ultrefiner drinking water system and the Cleanstart laundry system from your company after having our water tested. We were shocked at the test results! Brandon did a wonderful testing our water and selling us these water systems. Dan did a great job installing these systems. Both guys were informative, helpful and friendly. We noticed the difference in our water instantly! It was great to hear both say that they like their jobs and enjoy working for your company. They represented your company well. Your company is obviously doing something right. Thanks for everything!

Very knowledgeable and nice persons. During the presentation which lasted around 45-60 minutes I learned a lot about water and water filtering. They brought my attention to some things that i did not think before.

Just had our second rainsoft water softener unit installed today. Yesterday Brian Lacey came to our home and diagnosed dead unit. Brian came to our home the day we called and reported water softener not working (fast service). First unit lasted 18 years even though expectancy was 10-15. The installer Dan Phalen was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dan for the reinstallation and Brian for coming quickly.
