Dan Phalen came out to our house to test our water and talk about their products. He was very punctual and professional. Overall it was a great experience to learn more about the results of the testing and how their products can help with many things. It is definitely worth considering and I was happy to hear that if we move we are able to bring the system with us and have it installed at a future house. I would recommend this company based on the level of good service and I like that they don't make you feel pressured into buying their products.

the testing went well Dan seems to be knowledgeable about water and the systems. conducted himself professionally. I was satisfied with testing. on another note Dan did make me a little nervous with a little too much persistence with testing the water with me not there. im sure id be the one out of a hundred that would be concerned, but I do feel if this is company policy you need to stick to it . thanks Tom K

Let me start by saying our water is a well, surrounded by farm land. We DO NOT drink our water. You could but it fizzles and is cloudy and stinks and tatses horrible. Plus we we use the showers the entire house smelled faintly of rotten eggs and no matter what product I used to clean, the tubs showers and toilets never came clean.
Absolutely loved finding a business that sent someone to my home and didn't push for us to purchase their product.
Brandon came to our house and we had no real expectations of being wowed, or purchasing a product since we've had water testing done before and we're offered outrageously priced RO systems. We really just wanted an idea of what kind of water we really had since previous water testing just showed we had sulfur in our water, my husband and I though knew there was more going on than that.
Once done with his presentation...

Dan P is very nice and professional. He was on time and helped us to understand all of the results to the tests he did. He did not try to push any products on me, just gave me the facts and the solutions. I would advise that anyone who needs to address their water issues to trust RainSoft

Rainsoft was awesome. The customer service was very helpful and quick to make us an appointment to service our equipment. Our last rainsoft was fifteen years old and we were so happy with it, that we wanted another one. Dan, the service tech was so helpful and informative on the equipment and was completely professional. We shopped around and had other businesses come to our house and was not impressed on the pushy feeling that we got from them. I would highly recommend Rainsoft to any of my friends and family.

We had our water tested by Dan Phalen a few days ago and we were very pleased. He was on time and very professional. I really liked that I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. That being said I'm super excited to say we are having the TC series and Carbon Filtration system installed tomorrow!!
