Dominic came out and ran the water test right in front of me and showed me what was in my water. Other companies wanted me to bring in a sample and they would get back to me in a few days. Dominic was very pleasant and he explained every thing that he did and answered all my questions. RainSoft Water Treatment of Northern Michigan was able to schedule the installation within a few days. During the test, Dominic wanted to know if I would drink my water. I told him that I would not because if it tasted any thing like it smelled, it would make me sick. After Dominic installed the system, I am able to drink my own water and don't have to spend money on bottled water. The smell is gone and I can tell a remarkable difference with the way the soap and detergents suds up and that I am using less than I used to. Within the past year I have made an earnest effort into removing a lot of the chemicals from my family's lives coming through food, soaps medicines etc. The drinking water Reverse Osmosis system and the whole house softener and water system was another step in the right direction! So pleased with the work and quality of the product. Dominic was super professional and explained everything. We had a great experience with Rainsoft. Brandon did a fantastic job showing us the difference between the hard water we had and the water we would have with Rainsoft. We purchased the system and they were able to deliver the next day. Dominick and Jason both came out to do the install. They were professional and very friendly. My husband claims he has noticed a difference in his skin and I'm very excited that I've gotten all the red out of the shower/toilets....hope to never see it return.

Rainsoft technician came out to fix 1 problem and noticed another and fixed the 2nd issue with no problem thanks Rainsoft for making a quality product and having great technicians.

The dishes and glasses are much "cleaner" and the team was great at changing some plumbing so we can wash cars with softened water as well as fill the pool with Rainsoft water. The true test will be when the weather warms up and I wash a car and there are no spots!

I had a good experience with RainSoft and their technicians. I picked up a water test kit at my local Home Depot because I was curious to the water quality of my new (to me) house. They called with the results and scheduled a home visit. The home visit was quick and easy and I felt no pressure to buy. Kasey, Brian and Dominic were fantastic to work with. We had calcium and rust problems, ( that we had dealt with since we moved to this area). I was tired of the rust in our sinks and toilets. We know we needed clean water when Brian was done with his demo of our water. Dominic was very knowledgeable of the product and did a fantastic job of installing everything. He answered all of our questions and he didn't leave anything around after he left. Very pleased so far with the system. It is great to be able to drink and use clean water. I would highly recommend this system if you want clean water.

The guy who tested our water was very nice and informative. The 2 guys that came out and did the install were also very nice and informative. Made sure to explain everything and got the job done quickly. Great experience!

Wow! Super impressed with this company! We've always had terrible water at our house. We had a softener from sears and rented an iron filter from the competition. They helped but still had terrible hard water build up, yellow collar in the water and it smelled. Lisa came out to test our water and determine what we needed. Dan and Steve installed our system 2 days later. We still had a bit of yellow in the water. Jason came out to discover that we also have tannin in our water. Jason and Dominic had the issue resolved the next day. Crystal clear, order free water for the first time. Thanks guys. Great job!
