I had a great experience with our tech dom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our water system needs.

I give this company 5 stars! I called this morning and got an appointment right away. Our tech, Dom, was very nice and knowledgeable. He went through the process thoroughly and gave us our best options.

Jason was very knowledgeable. We had an older unit given to us, tried to use it to no avail. Called Rain Soft and he came out and went through the unit and it needed a lot if work. Didn't try to convince me to fix it. Told it like it was. Very nice young man, very fair. Explained everything in detail. Would recommend this company.

After moving into a new home, our family quickly realized that the previous owners were not treating their well water as efficiently as they needed to. RainSoft came out and tested the water inside and outside. We ordered a new filtration and treatment system. Their pricing couldn't be beat by their competitors and they delivered/installed our new equipment the following day!! The difference in our water was immediate. I highly recommend this company!

I used the pro’s at Rain Soft to install a full water system and reverse Osmosis under sink water filtration system. The full Team set timing expectations, followed up with multiple confirmations and delivered as promised. Most impressive was that I wanted there expertise on all things water but had already acquired through my research the ISpring brand of products for my home. They were incredible understanding of the options available in market place all having there pros and cons and moved forward like a pro with the job hired to do. My professional on site water specialist was Dominic or Dom was a real pro, missed no details, was clean and asked about every way possible to maximize the benefits from my purchase. His attitude and smile are things employers dream to acquire… He should one day own the place! On a side note it’s far from inexpensive, but like always you get...

My whole experience was eye opening. I knew my water wasn't good when my cats refused to drink it. That's when I knew I had to do something. Dale Wells so amazing when he came to our home and explained everything. He was very clear, helpful and fun. Dominic was very respectful and tidy. He was very cheerful. Our whole experience was beyond what we expected. This system is very affordable for home owners and renters.

Brandon and Wes showed up on time and Beandon did an excellent presentation. It was very thorough and informative. They gave me all the information I need to make my own intelligent decision. Very professional and no pressure!

His communication skills are excellent with helping us to understand our water and our system as well as communicating with us options and next steps. He is right on time to the appointments and an overall great guy! We are so happy we chose Rainsoft Water Treatment!

We had a wonderful experience. Yes, it is pricy, but you are paying for healthy and clean water for your family. And they have good payment plans for those that need them, like us! I am grateful that we went through this process.

Dominic cam over and tested our water promptly. He was honest and surprised that our water was already in great standing. He mentioned he has never seen that before coming from a well. He was honest and upfront, and did not pressure us in regards to any of the products we reviewed. I would recommend this company and their staff to be honest with you and offer you only what is needed and nothing extra. Thank you Dominic for being honest and taking pride in what you do.

The system seems like a good one, rather pricey, but good. The sales/water technician was not high pressure at all, which impressed me. The presentation was informative and the testing interesting. We will at least consider this system.

Dan came to our home and tested our water. We would not have thought we would've ever drank our home well water, but Dan explained the Rainsoft system and we were very impressed with him and his products. We purchased a water softener, a whole house filtration system and an RO system and we are actually able to drink our water, no more buying water!! Dan came himself to install the system, along with Dominic who also was very knowledgeable and polite. These guys are not a high pressure sales gimmic, they tell you like it is and tell you what's available, and offer recommendations based on your water quality. Its up to you, the customer, to decide if you want extra clean clothes, clean appliances, bathtubs, toilets, tastefree drinking water! We've had the system about 3 weeks and have noticed a HUGE difference! Highly recommend this softener system, Thank you DAN, (we will never forget...

Great experience with the Rainsoft team. The gentleman that came out (Tom...if I remember correct), was fast, helpful and upsold me on the Osmosis water treatment...I always wanted one and the water really is amazing. Hoping it pays for itself over time. He had to come out twice to take care of everything.
